September 25, 2023: Wiseway, a leading value-added distributor of electrical and plumbing products and a current portfolio Company of Indianapolis-based private equity firm CID Capital (“CID”), announced that Chris Pappo has joined the Company’s Board of Directors. 

Chris was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Hajoca Corporation, a North American leader in wholesale distribution of plumbing and related supplies, from 1996 through 2019. Prior to that role, Chris served as VP Finance for WaterProSupplies Corporation, a waterworks distribution company headquartered in Minneapolis, and as Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co in Boston and New York.

Today, Chris is an investor in early stage impact companies and serves as Chairman of Balvenie Partners, investors in a national industrial fastener distribution business. He is also a Founding Partner of Social Venture Partners-Philadelphia, a philanthropic organization dedicated to eliminating intergenerational poverty in the city.

Chris has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Brown University and attended the New York University School of Business Administration.
