CID Capital is pleased to announce Adam Bolerjack, Eric Derheimer and Cory Heck have been promoted to Managing Director.
Adam Bolerjack joined CID in 2012. He leads the firm's Business Development initiatives. Previously, Adam focused on deal origination for a Midwest-based private equity firm. Adam received an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, a JD from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in Economics from University of Southern Indiana, where he graduated summa cum laude and played on the golf team.
Eric Derheimer joined CID in 2014. Eric works on new investment opportunities and supports existing portfolio companies. He is currently on the board of Giftcraft and Strahman Valves. He is also a key member of the Classic Accessories deal team. Previously, Eric was a Vice President in Greenhill & Co.'s Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions group in Chicago, where he worked with large industrial corporations to grow their businesses through acquisition. He previously worked in private equity; investing for The Carlyle Group as an Associate, and in UBS's Mergers and Acquisitions group as an Analyst. Eric received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he was a Kelley Scholar.
Cory Heck joined CID in 2014. Cory evaluates new investment opportunities, supports existing portfolio companies and manages CID's financing relationships. He is currently on the board of BigMouth, Corvette America, Grandview Gallery, ProSource and Seaga Manufacturing. He is also a key member of the Fit & Fresh deal team. Previously, Cory was a member of the Corporate Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets where he partnered with financial sponsors in their efforts to invest in industrial, consumer product and service-oriented businesses. Cory holds an MBA from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BA from DePauw University.
