CID Capital Adds Two New Hires

CID Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Cory Heck and Eric Derheimer to its investment team.  We are very excited about the strengths and skills each of them bring to our firm.  Their hiring highlights CID's continued commitment to developing talented professionals focused on identifying attractive investment opportunities.

At CID, Cory will focus on transaction due-diligence/execution, financial modeling, and building value in portfolio companies. Cory joins CID with extensive experience in leveraged finance, where he focused largely on industrial, consumer, and service businesses in the middle market. Cory received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A., with honors, in Economics from DePauw University.

Eric joins CID with significant experience in transaction diligence and execution and in working alongside management teams to build value.  He was most recently a Vice President in Greenhill & Co.'s Industrial Mergers and Acquisitions group in Chicago.  He previously worked in private equity investing for The Carlyle Group as an Associate and in UBS's Mergers and Acquisitions group as an Analyst. Eric received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he was a Kelley Scholar.
