September 30th, 2022: Indianapolis-based private equity firm CID Capital (“CID”), which recently closed its largest fund in the firm's history, announced that it has partnered with Wiseway. Founded in 1972, Wiseway serves small and midsize contractors in residential and commercial end markets as a leading distributor of electrical, plumbing, and lighting supplies. CID worked closely with John Cain, President of Wiseway, to execute the transaction and will continue partnering with John throughout the investment.
