June 25, 2024: Indianapolis-based private equity firm, CID Capital (“CID”), announced that it has partnered with Roebuck Wholesale Nursery and Landscaping, Inc. (“Roebuck”). Founded and based in the Greenville-Spartanburg metro area, Roebuck is a leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping services serving the growing South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia markets. For 25+ years, the company has been dedicated to its core markets with its comprehensive landscaping services offering, top-tier customer service, and commitment to excellence. Roebuck is the ninth platform investment made from CID’s latest fund, CID Capital Opportunity Fund III, L.P., which held its final close in August of 2022.
