Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Greathouse is a longstanding landscaping services provider focused on maintenance, enhancement, and landscape construction for its corporate, university, HOA/multifamily, and developer customers. The acquisition of Greathouse extends Roebuck’s footprint into the Tennessee market and marks the first acquisition supporting CID's active investment thesis.
The Tennessee expansion is part of a broader initiative to strengthen Roebuck’s presence across adjacent markets, ensuring customers benefit from enhanced service capabilities, expanded resources, and localized landscaping expertise. The partnership with Greathouse broadens Roebuck's geographic reach into Tennessee and also positions the CID platform to capture opportunities in surrounding states, accelerating momentum across the Southeast.
Founders Lee and Will Greathouse will continue with the Company, with Will Greathouse joining the Roebuck executive team as Regional Vice President of Tennessee.
